genomic regions.

analysis shows that promoter prediction is possible on the basis of
the differences in the stability of DNA sequences in the promoter and
non-promoter region

display the potential promoter regions corresponding to Ecocyc annotated
TSS (option 1) and genes (option 2). Also displays low stability regions
over any 1000nt long fragment of E. coli genome (option 3)
